Roo Engineering offer product design, whether you are after complete design of a product, or just help developing your own design to be suited to the latest manufacturing methods. We have skilled design engineers on hand to manage each project. Utilising the very latest 3D CAD software, our design engineers are able to create 3D models. Integrated with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) we can further analyse these models to be 100% confident in our designs.

Although we are predominantly a metal work supplier, we also work with other materials to be able to offer complete manufacture of your products.

We are also able to produce technical 2D drawings if required. We are able to save/open a wide variety of file types and convert them into a usable file for manufacture or customer review.

Our CNC machines are programmed using the very latest in CAM software, this integrates with our CAD software, meaning we can import existing models, cutting down on valuable programming time and ensuring no data is lost in translation.
