With our own in house powder coating facility, we are able to offer faster processing times through our semi-automated track system meaning that we can cut down on lead times and have 100% control over our processes. With our new box oven we can now process items up to 5 metres long.

We are able to offer a range of pretreatments, including, shotblasting, phosphating and acid etch.

We are also able to offer, through reputable local suppliers, zinc plating, galvanising, anodising, screen printing, surtec650 and iridite to name but a few.
